Leadership development journeys are 8-month-long journeys with a coach that help an organization grow their business and drive long term culture change. Business Impact 1. Leadership development journey is structured along three key phases. Phase1 is Design. The first phase focuses on designing the intervention. This involves identifying the leadership skills to focus on specifically. This is done through interviews with senior leaders, knowing gaps in people today and what is the visible difference to be made. Content, role plays and exercises are designed with best in class content that exists and merging it with what is relevant to the organization. Phase 2 Is Upskilling: The second phase focuses on upskilling. This involves an in-person skilling workshop based on the competencies identified. In-person workshops are experiential, role play based and aim to recreate a learners work environment effectively. There is a strong focus on business relevance and application to business. Phase three of the leadership development journey focuses on the application of learning to work. This is done through three virtual sessions of 90 to 120 mins each. The sessions focus on application challenges and how to resolve them. Measuring Change Measuring change is a critical element of the leadership journey. Measurement is done over the Originbluy.com platform during the entire intervention. The first is baselining current skill level. The second is three weeks after the skilling program and the last is after the intervention. The data is visible to the organization real time.
