Phase 1: A 3-week phase that customizes the executive presence journey for your organization. This includes interviewing key leaders and participants and preparing content to suit specific needs,
Phase 2: The second phase of the executive presence journey focuses on conducting an executive presence-focused assessment and upskilling participants. This typically translates to a two-day workshop for the learners. The outcome of the workshop is application-focused outcomes for the learners.
Phase 3: The last phase of the executive presence leadership journey focuses on application at work. This a series of 6 individual sessions that the learners go through with a certified coach. The objective is to help businesses see results by helping learners overcome application barriers.
Measuring Impact
A before, during and after assessment is done to help measure business impact. This is done in a 360-degree assessment format
