CXO executive coaching program is an exclusive 1-1 coaching program designed for senior leaders and executives to work specifically on their areas of focus. Past clients in the program have included CEO's, CFO's and CXO's of publicly listed companies, Big 3 consulting firms, Big 4 Audit and assurance firms, Potential CEO's and CEO's in the pipeline of tech companies among several others. About the coach At Originbluy, we have a team of 120+ executive coaches. Each of them has been handpicked on the parameters of purpose, skill and prior experience. Each coach is internationally certified. They come with a prior corporate experience of 16 years or more and would have worked with Process of engaging An organization typically creates a panel of coaches they want to engage with. From the panel, each learner then gets an option of initial conversation with 2 coaches. They can shortlist the coach they want to work with. The coach then has a three-way connection with the line manager and learner to define goals. In some cases a 360 degree assessment may be initiated. Once the goals are built, they are sent to the line manager for an alignment. Each coaching engagement has eight sessions of ninety minutes each. The sessions are spaced at a frequency of two to three weeks. At the end of four sessions, a mid point check is conducted with the line manager to identify the progress. At the end of the engagement a final check is conducted.
