• Vivek Slaria is an executive coach who works with organizations and people to help them achieve their goals. He does this through the skill of coaching and creating habits. Specific work areas include building a higher executive presence, driving ownership, and being an inclusive leader.

• In the area of inclusion, Vivek Slaria has worked with both Indian and international leaders on building cultural sensitivity, removing personal bias, and interpreting things better.

• Vivek Slaria's journey of coaching has been inspired by his transformation. He works with people to make an internal change and lead from within. He is an engineer from IIT BHU and an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon. He has apprenticed at Stanford University in behaviour sciences. In his previous avatar, Vivek Slaria has been the COO of a leading company and led business units in P&G and GE across geographies in India, the US, Japan, China, and Korea.
