He is an engineer from MIT, Pune and with a PG diploma in Guidance and Counselling. He is a rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT) practitioner. He is also a specialise in Scaled Agile transformations and trainings in organizations as a SAFe Practise consultant (SPC). (120+ hours of certification trainings done)
