Sudhakar’s journey of coaching was quite accidental, as a Corporate Leader his leadership style is coach leader and a many of his Team-Members and cross functional teams feedback pushed him to embrace Coaching as his full time Profession since 2017.
He is a Pharmacy Graduate, with MBA in Marketing. He has apprenticed at Case Western Reserve University in Inspiring Leadership through Emotional Intelligence.
In his previous avatar Sudhakar has worked with Raptakos, Brett & Co Ltd, Iqvia,TCS and Course5 managing global clients in India, US, Europe. His last stint was as the Global Head Operations for Analytics and Insights.
