Her work areas are Facilitation, Coaching & Mentoring. After spending a decade + in Facilitations, Shital realised that whereas Facilitation is a good upskilling technique, it has its limitations when it comes to Individual Transformations. Her quest for excellence led her to Coaching.

She is a graduate in Economics and has done her Masters in Human Resources.In her corporate career, she has worked with Niit, Sify, Citibank & Bayer.
