Ms. Nalina Suresh

Ms. Nalina is an executive coach who has been coaching senior executives and entrepreneurs for over 5 years. She has partnered with several clients with several “maharatnas” and other quasi govt institutions too. To name a few: HPCL, BPCL, IOCL, and ONGC on various types of consulting services. The includes assessment/development, with coaching-led feedback and detailed development guidance reports. As an executive hiring business leader, she has also hired very senior people for some of the PSUs.

Ms. Nalina’s overall career and academic background. Over 30+ years of experience, initially as an HR executive/ leader. Subsequently, Business Head in several formats of consulting. Viz Organization Change and Transformation, Executive Hiring, and as a Director at PwC in the People and Organization practice.

Today, nearly 70% of her work is around Executive Coaching & Transformation coaching. Currently pursuing PCC level, with more than 350 hours done.

Ms. Nalina is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, a meritorious scholar in English Literature from Stella Maris College, Chennai. Qualified in several facilitation methodologies of GE Crotonville, and more’ of a multi-lingual facilitator.
