Moushumi Gupta is a PCC Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator who partners with individuals and organisations to instil Organizational Resilience, Psychological Safety and Sustainability. She helps leaders by holding space for them to achieve their professional goals in the new normal, by honing their leadership competencies especially Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Crisis Leadership.

Moushumi Gupta is also a Diversity Specialist who supports Women leaders in instilling positive behaviour patterns through Value realignment, Coaching and specially designed holistic behavioural interventions.

Moushumi Gupta journey of coaching ran parallel with her personal transformation journey achieved through continuous learning from real-life experiences and several coaching certifications. She now works with people to help them be the best versions of themselves by letting go of their limiting beliefs and stepping out of their comfort zones.

She is an NLP Master Coach, and Mindfulness Coach and is certified in the Science of Workplace Happiness. She has worked with several organisations including GE Capital in HR, Recruitment, Learning and Development & Sales
