Mainak Maheshwari

Mainak holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He has held roles on both the business and people development sides of organizations. He has helped high potential individuals increase executive presence and business performance, manage career transitions, increase sales, and be more effective people managers. He draws upon his extensive professional experience to add practical elements to his assignments.

In his previous avatar he has worked with companies including Accenture, Hewitt Associates, Upstox, Heidrick & Struggles, Evalueserve and Absolutdata, and has had an entrepreneurial stint as well. Mainak has worked on assignments globally including USA, UK, South Africa, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Greater China, Sri Lanka and Philippines. At Deloitte, he has been coaching leaders for the last 5 years.
