Harmeet is an executive coach who works with organizations and people to help them achieve their goals. She does this through coaching and building new habits. Specific work areas includes upskilling leaders for higher executive presence, team effectiveness, building emotional intelligence and relational intelligence and communicating effectively.
Harmeet’s mission is to facilitate leadership development by integrating all aspects of a Leader - “Body, Emotions, Behavior, Language & Spirit”.
She is an MBA from SPJIMR, Mumbai. And a B.Sc Graduate from Delhi Unversity. She believes in continuous learning and is a Somatic Coach. In her previous avatar, she worked with Glaxo Smithkline, Mudra Advertising, eBay.in (previously baazee.com) and Hindustan Times in the marketing, sales and general management.
