Gowri is a Master Coach, certified by both ICF (USA) and EMCC (Europe). She comes with 3 decades of global executive leadership experience in several MNCs.

She has served on ICF’s Global Boards of Directors. She is also a certified Systemic Team Coach and a certified Team Supervisor, as well as a registered ICF Mentor Coach and Assessor. In her corporate roles, she specialized in driving complex, enterprise-wide strategic change initiatives that spanned multiple regions.

Her coaching is anchored on her philosophy of 3R’s: Reflect, Reframe, Reimagine! She specializes in coaching senior executives including CXOs and BU heads.
