Dr. Sumita Ummat

Coming from an Electronics Engineering background with Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, she gained experience in Business Intelligence, people development and helping organisations with successful project delivery.

Discovering her passion for Coaching, she co-founded her own consulting Company - an organization focusing on Developing Human Potential in areas of Leadership Communication and Mental Emotional well-being.

She has been involved in designing and facilitating customized leadership development programs aligned to the business requirements. Dr Sumita coaches senior executives aligned to meet the business objectives of the organization. Coaching is offered in both virtual and face-to-face settings based on client preferences. She is also certified in Text-based Coaching.

Her clients often experience a massive shift in their beliefs which aligns their actions to get to their goals like Effective communication, strong interpersonal relationships and wellbeing. Her experience comes from working with clients from a variety of industries including IT, PSU, Financial, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Retail, Hospitality and Government organizations. Her clients are currently spread in 29 different countries.
