Arun is an Engineer in the Electrical & Electronics domain. He did his Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis and Certification in Organization Development from the Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences.

He held leadership positions in HR & OD Functions across various organizations GE, Tata, Schneider Electric, Cummins, and Development Bank of Singapore, and has worked across various sectors like Power, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Banking, Telecommunication, Automotive.

Some of his coaching clients work across organizations like Walmart, Philips, Amazon, BPCL, L&T, Samsung, HP, Infosys, GE, DBS, and Schneider Electric, and come from various geographies like the US, Europe, Africa, Asia.

His Coaching practice Is rooted in the disciplines of Ontology-based exploration, Human Process work, Positive Psychology, and Systems coaching in enabling the transformative level shift of Individuals & groups.

He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society of Quality, a Project Management Professional(PMP) from PMI, US, and a Certified Organization Design Practitioner from the European Organization Design Forum.
