AMITABH KUMAR

Amitabh is an executive coach who works with organizations and people to help them gain clarity and achieve their goals. He does this through the skill of coaching by connecting, correcting, creating, cultivating and celebrating.

Specific work areas include upskilling leaders for strategic excellence, execution excellence, and people excellence through higher executive presence, deeper communication, driving ownership and accountability across the organization.

Amitabh’s journey of coaching has been inspired by his transformation as a co-founder and leader. He works with people as a whole person to make an internal change and lead from within. He holds a B.A.(Hons) in French from JNU, PGPM from TAPMI and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from SSBM, GENEVA.

He has widely traveled to all the states of India, 20+ countries in the world, and at leisure, his interest is observing and understanding people and their behaviour, culture, and languages.
