I am a Leadership and Executive Coach with a 34-year career in the corporate sector. I am an Engineer with an MBA from top-tier colleges – Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Varanasi and Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. I am based out of Mumbai and Delhi NCR.

Industry Experience:

I have senior leadership experience of 34 years in various multinational companies responsible for India and South Asia in various sectors – Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, EdTech, Telecom, and Office Automation. I have been responsible for Business, People, and Profits. I have worked in large global companies like Johnson and Johnson Medical, Medtronic, Sun Pharma, and Ranbaxy Laboratories in India, South Asia, and the US.

In my corporate career, I have led large teams in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Business Units, and Key Account Management with responsibility for P/L and business turnaround in times of crisis. While execution has been my forte, I have also been responsible for leading strategic planning and new initiatives in the companies that I worked for.
