2 Day Workshop supported by 3 group coaching sessions with a pre and post assessment over a 3 monthExecutive Presence Journeys are 8-month-long journeys with an Executive Presence coach. 80% of leaders know that executive presence is a critical senior. Yet less than 5% know how to build it in the right way. This leadership journey helps an organization build a business by strengthening its talent pipeline. Past Participants Past participants include Hi potential leaders from listed companies, consulting firms and conglomerates. There was a need to elevate their presence to work with senior leaders, board members and external stakeholders. Participants have also included leaders in technical roles looking at a commercial or leadership role or will be playing a larger role in the organization going forward. Business Impact 1. Organizations have witnessed a 10 to 100% increase in executive presence or leadership presence skills over the program. 2. They have also witnessed a significant increase in application to business. 3. Organizations also witnessed a culture transformation as they created champions of change who further propelled the change forward. 4. Participants witness an elevation in their personal presence. They have a higher ability to influence stakeholders and build trust. How Does It Work? Executive presence development journey is structured along three key phases. Phase1 is Design. The first phase focuses on designing the intervention. This involves identifying the presence skills to focus on specifically. This is done through interviews with senior leaders, knowing gaps in people today and what is the visible difference to be made. Content, role plays and exercises are designed with best in class content that exists and merging it with what is relevant to the organization. Competencies focussed are inner presence, gravitas, executive messaging and appearance. Phase 2 Is Upskilling: The second phase focuses on upskilling. This involves in-person skilling workshop based on areas identified. In person workshops are experiential, role play based and aim to recreate a learners work environment effectively. There is a strong focus on business relevance and application of the take aways. Phase three of the leadership development journey focuses on the application of learning to work. This is done through three virtual sessions of 90 to 120 mins each. The sessions focus on application challenges and how to resolve them. Coach Who Will Work On The Engagement A presence focussed executive coach will work on the engagement. Our coaches are internationally certified. They are curated from a vast body of existing coaches specially along three attributes. These are Purpose, Coaching Skills and Experience Measuring Change Measuring change is a critical element of the leadership journey. Measurement is done over the Originbluy.com platform during the entire intervention. The first is baselining the current executive presence level. The second is three weeks after the skilling program and the last is after the intervention. The data is visible to the organization real time.
