Nikka Santos

Nikka has successfully coached business owners, executives, professionals, and students to build resilience, self-mastery, and leadership skills. She partners with clients to sharpen focus, prioritise, shift mindsets and improve emotional agility.

She provides resilience and mental fitness coaching for BetterUp, the world’s leading human transformation platform. BetterUp customers include organisations such as Google, NASA, Salesforce, Chevron, Accenture, and WarnerMedia.

Aside from coaching individuals, Nikka also coaches teams to establish psychological safety and effective communication in the workplace. She has coached and facilitated programs for Kaizen Leadership Asia-serving companies such as Bayer, Lufthansa, Manulife, and Perfetti Van Melle in their offices in Southeast Asia.

In a previous life, Nikka was a broadcast journalist for the ABS-CBN News Channel and led a college media laboratory program sponsored by the ABS-CBN Foundation.
